Known for its state-of-the-art facilities and prime location in Basel, the venue provides the perfect setting for celebrating innovation and cutting-edge technology in robotics.
Exhibition Areas
Our exhibition areas are strategically organized to facilitate networking, learning, and interactive experiences. Each area is designed to cater to specific activities and showcases:
Main Stage: San Francisco Room
Our keynote speeches, panel discussions, and premier presentations will take place in the San Francisco room, situated on the third floor. This area is set up to feature:
- Insightful talks from industry leaders.
- Engaging panel discussions on the latest trends in robotics.
- Presentations of groundbreaking new technologies.
This hall, named after the Californian metropolis, is the largest hall in the Congress Center Basel. With its stage and comprehensive range of technical facilities, it is suitable for events of all kinds.
Exhibition Area: Main Foyer
The heart of the exhibition, the Main Foyer, serves as the central hub for the event:
- Location: 3rd Floor, Messe Basel.
- Features: This area will house the majority of our exhibitors and serve as the primary space for attendees to gather, network, and explore the latest innovations in robotics.
- Activities: The foyer is equipped to host a variety of displays and provides ample space for demonstrations and interactive sessions.
The foyer in the entrance zone to the San Francisco hall is an ideal setting for a reception or an exhibition. Flexible partition walls connect the foyer to the Osaka and Samarkand rooms, which can be rented as required in order to increase the event area.
Exhibition Area: Singapore & Sydney
These rooms are dedicated spaces for focused sessions and specialized exhibits, designed to facilitate deeper engagement:
- Purpose: Both rooms host specialized thematic sessions, workshops, and smaller, focused demonstrations that delve deeper into specific aspects of robotics and technological advancements.
- Setup: Each room is arranged to support interactive and engaging activities, allowing for hands-on experiences and close-up interactions with new technologies.
These two mirror-image rooms are directly accessible from the 2nd floor foyer and have a connecting door. They are not only popular for breakout sessions but also for banquets, cocktails and exhibitions.
