What is this Privacy Policy about?

• The Swiss Robotics Day privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) aims to inform you how the organizers of the event (“we” or “us”) may process your personal data and what rights you have. This policy provides general information and may be supplemented with additional notices where applicable.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data

The registration to the event is managed via Swiss Robotics Day (SRA), a non-profit association based in Ecublens, Switzerland. SRA and RobotX, as co-organizers, have access to the personal data collected through the registration system and are responsible for its processing.

Data processing is carried out under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

SRA is dedicated to fostering the Swiss robotics ecosystem by enabling collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange among stakeholders. Its mission includes:
