SRA members discount

The Innovation Booster Robotics has organized Swiss Robotics Day since 2023, following the end of NCCR Robotics. As a four-year Innosuisse-funded initiative, it will conclude in 2025.To ensure continuity, the Swiss Robotics Association has been established and will take over the event from 2026. Member benefits, including exclusive discounts for exhibitors and participants, are already available.
Member Benefits for Swiss Robotics Day
Members of the Swiss Robotics Association (SRA) benefit from special registration rates:
Companies registered as legal entities receive 20% off booth prices. (This applies when an individual registers a booth on behalf of a member company.)
Individuals registered as individual members have their membership fee deducted from the Swiss Robotics Day participation ticket. (This applies to tickets only, not booths.)

Registration Fees and Conditions for payment
Confirmation
At the end of the online registration process, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Once the payment has been successfully received, a final invoice will be issued as formal confirmation of your registration.

Important Notes
All bank transfer charges must be covered by the sender.
Personal cheques, company cheques, or cash payments will not be accepted.
If payment is not received before the early registration deadline, the higher regular fee will automatically apply.
Payment must be finalized to access the event and receive badges or other participant materials.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you are unable to attend, please notify us by sending an email with your name and registration confirmation details to contact@swissroboticsday.ch.
Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
Cancellation received by October 1, 2025 – Full refund of prepaid fees, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellation after October 1, 2025 – No refund will be possible.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after Swiss Robotics Day 2025.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely event that Swiss Robotics Day 2025 cannot be held in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers — including but not limited to force majeure events such as riots, fires, explosions, accidents, floods, earthquakes, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Swiss or foreign authorities, epidemic outbreaks, or sanitary emergencies — the Organizers shall not be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, transportation costs, accommodation expenses, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damages.
