In this session, Swisscom Ventures hosts Lauren Lyons — aerospace engineer, operations executive, and startup advisor — who draws from her experience at companies like SpaceX, Blue Origin, and from working alongside dozens of startups, to examine the cultural and operational fundamentals that enable organizations to deliver complex projects at speed.
Using aerospace as a lens, she shares real world lessons learned and practical actions robotics founders can apply to accelerate their own teams – from owning outcomes end to end and challenging assumptions and requirements, to asking the right questions early to prevent costly detours. The session dives into what it really takes to build a culture of rapid, disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.
