The Swiss Robotics Day was organized by NCCR Robotics until the 2022 edition. From 2023 to 2025 the annual event has been coordinated by the Innovation Booster Robotics. Each year, Innovation Booster Robotics co-organized the event with a local Swiss robotics institution and selected a different host location to promote the regional diversity of Switzerland’s robotics ecosystem.

The 2026 edition is organized by ETH Zürich RobotX.
