Swiss Robotics Industry Day 2018

The  Swiss Robotics Industry Day took place on the 1st of November 2018 at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, bringing together research and industry for the fourth consecutive time.

The growing number of participants and sponsors this year confirmed the increasing popularity of the event, with just over 300 registrations and 5 sponsors supporting this opportunity for the industry to gain privileged access to new and emerging technologies. This edition presented over 90 world-wide renowned robotics companies and provided active networking oportunities around the 70 posters and 50 technology demonstrations-

The event successfully offered our guests the chance to learn about investment opportunities and state of the art technology spin-offs and SMEs. Participants also experienced cutting edge technology demonstrations and were able to discuss future trends in robotics with the experts. Start-ups and researchers also had the opportunity to create new business links and forge new contacts.

Alongside this programme, the 2018 Swiss Robotics Industry Day proposed a diverse and dynamic group of speakers, both from research and industry, as well as panellists who provided in-depth expert insights into the future of robotics.

We would like to thank our sponsors and all the participants: guests, speakers and exhibitors for making the event a success.
